What do the numbers mean?
Shops restock at these times. For example :x2 could be 12:02 or 3:02.
Is this allowed?
Technically, no. My opinion (allegedly), is that these times are known and that this is just a convenient interface. To my knowledge (don't quote me), there is no way to tell if you are clicking a link from here or from Marapets itself.
Is my account safe?
Yes! This site only opens links to shops which are already available on the website. The source code for the website is here, if you want to check. There are no ads or analytics used on this page either.

Who are you?!
I am a Marapets player, who likes to shop. I am not trying to "game the system", this is readily available on the website itself. All this is, is a more convenient interface that I made for myself.
